I can predict that the seven files along with hundred plus applications which are missing will never be found as they are the key ones in nailing the culprits.
 
There were specific criteria delineating the qualifications of an applicant that were not followed in the allotment. Parties that blatantly falsified their qualifications for eligibility purposes are guilty of criminal offense by law. I doubt if they will also be brought to light or justice.
 
CBI is afraid of backlashes if they were to do a thorough job of investigating and identifying the true criminals. Let us see if the missing files and applications are ever found.

Everyone is talking about what has been found but not about what are still missing. I have a feeling these ones that are yet to be found are the real malefactors. Secondly, what kind of government employees do we have who keep losing important files? There should be some serious investigation into the cause and some heads need to role as a deterrent.
