Pakistani method of cellphone snatching

ThIS week I had to go to the airport to receive a relative.
A man parked his motorcycle next to my car at a signal, aimed his pistol at me and demanded my mobile phone. Having no alternative, I gave it to him.
On my way back home, another motorcyclist parked his motorcycle next to my car at a signal and demanded that I hand over my mobile and money.
I am shocked whether these signals are to manage the flow of traffic or to assist these criminals? Who has given these criminals a free hand in victimising people and going about doing as they please?
What exactly are our law enforcers doing? How come they have such sophisticated weapons but they can’t control crime?

I guess you are right. This is a nice Phone Exchange Scheme (PES) that will help Pakistanis share different phone models.
