Excellent verdict.

This verdict in Delhi rape case is lesson for rapist Bittus and hopefully acts as deterrent for crime against women by Bittus everywhere.

A juvenile court convicted a teenage boy on August 31 for his part in the gang rape, sentencing him to three years in a special juvenile correctional facility.
His trial was in juvenile court because he was 17 at the time of the crime, and the sentence is the maximum allowed under the court's rules.

Justice is not served yet. For an adult crime, the accused need to treated as an adult, irrespective of his age. Besides, the 17 yr old was just short of 4 months to be an adult. The loopholes in the law need to be closed.

Bittus:
Sex-starved individuals, objectifying, preying and not respecting women and ready to commit crimes against women. These individuals are most likely to commit acts of rape. Some Bittus could also become pedophiles.

“That is why there was a fight and the couple were injured and were finally thrown out of the bus,” the lawyer says.
“Nobody can tolerate indecency. When you see gandhagi (smut), you will object. When I see couples behaving indecently in the metro, I go up to them and tell them to stop. India thankfully hasn’t imbibed the American way of life as yet.”
He adds: “I can tell you 100 per cent from all the evidence that the girl was not raped. She was injured in the fight, but not raped. Doctors said she died as a result of injuries from the rod, which damaged her intestines. That again is false, but I cannot say why because I don’t want to help the defence.”

This defense lawyer should also be tried for defamation and false arguments and statements in a court of law.

American way of life? What the fyuck was this dumb Lawyer talking about ? He and his fictitious/imaginary and fantasy view of America....he should be charged with raping the name of the victim. The living male friend should file a lawsuit as he has been accused of "stripping for enjoyment?"

True. Either those in the legal profession have some immunity or the Laws are not adequate. Why didn't anyone file a defamation or any other applicable case against these guys? Besides, these are not even the statements made in the court to construct the defense. Hence, no immunity, if any, should be applicable.

What a joker is this defense lawyer. Defending and fabricating arguments are two different things.

He's not just denying all actions, he's creating different stories. Unfortunately he can make up all kinds of stories and get away easily on grounds of clients' testimony.
