Congress Makes Jagan a Hero and bigger than YSR
...In Indian politics, those who spent time in jail are made heroes. Now that extends to corrupt criminal politicians who spend time in jail. Very rarely these guys - although only on bail - ever lose their elections.
Worse...hardly anyone who is on bail ever gets convicted and sent back to jail. They interfere with the case, expand their corruption and political base while on "bail"
Since they cannot be prevented from running for office, they should never be given bail.

Hope people realize that with people like Jagan, KCR, and Chiranjeevi, being absorbed into Congress through incentives (including threats) is always possible because the woman would do anything to see her son as the PM of India. Hope they have enough sense to keep these guys away from the center stage.

Moving PC from home to finance, Shinde to Home and elevation of Pranab to RP Bhavan were all part of the Cong strategy to move ahead with T-State and get closer to TRS and YSRCP. Having PC heading home helped CBN to get periodic clues about what the Home ministry is going to do about T-state. IMO, he was also able to influence the deferring of the decision. When Cong changed its course, seeing its defeat in the status quo, CBN was caught unaware and YSRCP got a head start with useful hints (via sources in Home ministry). This drama benefited all major stake holders in AP except TDP and BJP. And these stake holders are going to reward Cong to install a UPA-3 in 2014. The SA folks that support YRSCP in the place of TDP/BJP will thus be working against their own goal of defeating the Congress. CBN's can preserve some of his lost identify by moving closer to BJP and have BJP make statements for United AP or at the least stall and review of the bifurcation issue.
