thai mint flied lice
why so damn spicy?
also, the clear soup before that... do NOT ever attempt to bite or swallow the spinach leaves in there till the thing has cooled down a LOT... or else your mouth WILL be burned. Don't say later I did not warn.

Let's not make this a contest... gults can tolerate, nay relish, pretty much any spicy thing any other culture can come up with.Tracy Whitney wrote:dont' think even gults can tolerate real spicy thai food...

This was too much. However, like anytime I eat spicy, I am feeling that strange sense of calm a few minutes later. That funky sweet taste in the mouth, and some sorta soothing nerves. I wonder what's the science behind that.
However #2, I just downed 3 cups of water, and now feel like I should just find a cool spot and nap the rest of the afternoon. Maybe I will just go to a walk, and nap under a tree shade while I see stupid tourists lining up to take their pics with 'the bull', or rushing up to become one with statue of liberty.

Its because it is FLIED rice. Those FLYs in your rice came directly from Thailand after growing on THAI CHILLIs.
