Pretty good. Hope cleaning/maintenance is easy and trouble free.

I Think it should be possible or feasible. In top inserts where they put flour/water, they can add one more for stuffing and the device can be modified to take pre-defined quantity of stuffing before it rolls out the rotis into heat. gluten free foods - why are Indians not worried about it?
wheat contains gluten .
south Indian food has quite a few non gluten options.
rice glycemic numbers are high.
ragi ,and jowar , are more widely used in telangana area.they provide a non gluten non diabetic food options.
