The first trench had already proved to be a dud. All ASI could discover are few glass bangles, iron nails, hopscotch, fragmentary miniature stone figure of lion, terracotta arecanut shaped beads, two hearths and three burnt brick walls. The second trench has not revealed anything substantial. "Every one associated with the excavation has lost interest. There is nothing except soil in the second trench," a senior ASI official said.

Morons.... all the gold was looted by the Rapists of Hindus over the last 1000 years....and what was left has been looted away to Lusiana.

Perhaps the ASI should dig in those places...Perhaps Pope ji will get a dream soon.

I think those are mine.  I remember when I was a kid I used to play with some used glass bangles, iron nails, hopscotch, miniature stone figurines of lions, etc.  Does ASI have a lost and found department?
