I thought it is most likely a NI soldier who shot this kid.

It turned out to be a retired Army officer who is a Tamil.

This POS should be hanged.

Jabalpur, that is in the north - the license is from there- so, Jabalpur bears culpability here. My parents lived there once- so, will be calling my dad soon to apportion some blame to him.
