do mothers in upper class really push their daughters into showbiz? i think it is their own volition and not force. and, mind you, resold cycle will assure you that bollywood is one of the safest and most pious industries to work in. only those men whose mothers, daughters and sisters sit at home cast a shadow of doubt over bollywood.

i think the very reason why girls from lower class are not entering this business is because being polished is one of the requirements to enter this industry these days. look, even rakhi sawant has not made it that big in bollywood yet simply because she is not polished. but if you go back to b&w era, many poor people forced their daughters into this industry (madhubala, for example).
