Didn't Indian Govt. also declare a similar thing yesterday, 5 day state mourning for Mandela?

It seems TN Govt. wants to make sure that it's not left behind in its declarations to honor / mourn Mandela.

Could be... I must have missed it. This mourning stuff is another joke. Only thing that is indicates is the flag flying at half-mast. everyone goes to work, takes bribe, and indulge in violence just the same way.

Heck..even they play games, tournaments, and cricket matches.... So what is so special and different about this Mourning ritual ?
