In the Manhattan cases, he's accused of grinding against women on packed trains while exposed, then bolting as soon as the doors opened.

i don't get this. how can he expose himself in a crowded train and continue with his daily grind - gave a whole new meaning to the word, didn't he? - without people around him turning him in right there right then? seriously, nobody (not even the victim) even noticed, on all these occasions, that something was wrong until he "soiled" them?
