Watch the woman who is a mother of a 1 year old kid and the wife of the man beaten to death ask why the people who watched her husband beaten did not even lift a finger to stop the senseless act?

Even if a couple of passersby had shouted at the gangster, they would have stopped the beating and run away, she said..

She wants to know if the passers by had any conscience.
