....Will order 700 litres /family/day within 24 hrs...

That is about 200 gallons / day. Do all the families have a place to "store" 200 gallons?

Do families really have 5 of these drums to store water?

Kejriwal is smart to fulfill water promises now in winter. Come Feb or march water is gone. He should find some promise that will be around even if his govt is gone.

Wonder how this will work out when the elections come in the middle of the hot summer in April/May.

Engineers are good in coming up with solutions - sans economics. That is so true about the Indian "engineers." Let us wait and see what the KGPians really "achieve" on the ground.
