All human rights agencies said Lanka is not allowing even 1/10th of the minimum food requirenets into Mullaivaikal in 2009. Lanka severely understated the number of people there and said there is enough food. Agencies disagreed. India said Lanka is correct.
When the war ended, the number of people who survived is far greater than the India-Sri Lanka count.

So India is responsible for the starving deaths of 100s or 100s of TAMIL CHILDREN.
