How good or difficult is to saute or to cook (lightly) vegetables?
How easy/difficult is for daily use other than care like glass utensil?
Any difference in taste/aroma compared to conventional cooking?

I don't know about vegetables. But being clay you have to treat it delicately.

Bought a claypot at an Asian store. (glazed interior which I was told is best instead of non-glazed/rough)
The flavour and taste are much better than when we cook in metal pots. Made ambti/kootu/and any kind of gravy... All are yummy
Care needs to be taken in cleaning the pot. Start with medium heat and the claypot retains heat for few hours.

I guess you meant dishwasher?
Not a good idea. It is kind of heavy and delicate. You might break it. And donot expose to different temperatures suddenly. Allow the pot to cool completely before cleaning/washing. Also they recommend to wash/immerse in cool water for sometime before heating up again ( I dont do that ).
But it is worth the effort and longer cooking time for better taste/flavour. Initially I thought I was only the one noticing the difference but now all at home agree.

Are you sure there are no contaminants - lead, heavy metals, etc.? If made in China, how is glazing done?

Re: Anyone tried Claypot cooking?
It is not shiny but non-porous so the food may not store/stay in there. It is almost like a ceramic cup material but larger size like sauce pan but thick and heavy wall/construction. So far no issues. The note/slip inside the box didnot mention any chemical/lead. There are some other claypot manufacturers in US that declare no lead/chemicals are used.
