What the women need urgently to be empowered and have legally the same status as men is a law guarantying them that provision, e.g. the UCC (Uniform Civil Code).

its is a frikkin shame that we need such a law in place in the first place.. Even if there is such law in place.. it means nothing to women who dont have the education and support to make sure this law in enforced..

it is a great divide..
