1. The term of a prime minister should be reduced to 3 Years.

2. Each time the PM should be selected from a different region/language group/religion/caste etc..

For example, the next PM should be from SI. Then the one after that should be from N.E etc.

This will make Indians from different parts of the country feel that they have equal opportunity to lead the nation

A Governing council should be formed with one from each zone - elected by the state legislatures, and the PM with a tenure of 2 years will be by rotation. Much like the UN security council. Oh..the five members MUST be from different parties.

How about a PM from every family name for a week or so. Or even better a PM from everyone on an hourly or may be per minute basis. That will be truly representative.
