And that too on Jai Samaikyandhra ticket?
Why not Rajahmundry, his native place? He did defeat the big spending movie star Murali Mohan at Rajahmundry last time by a decent margin. And why Jai Samaikyandhra ticket? That's a road to nowhere.
He could just be independent. He won last time against Murali Mohan by spending no more than Rs. 100.00.
Of his choices, Kakinada has at least some validity. It's still Godavari. But Malkajgiri in Telangana! why?
That too a place that's the seat of those rare honest politicians - Jayaprakash Narayan of Lok Satta.
Good guys should take on the crooks, not each other.

It seems Malkajgiri has substantial SA population and everybody is targeting them. But the problem is that with so many candidates , JP /CBN/Sharmila/AK the SA vote will be split and TRS may get its first victory in the H'bad vicinity.

Probably for Congress politicians I guess. It may even extend to Khammam, Karimnagar, Mahboobnagar, Nalgonda, and may be even Warangal.

Contesting on the United AP theme no longer makes sense. In my view, both Kiran and Jagan didn't anticipate the final outcome and their political game plan essentially ended as soon as the T-bill was passed.
For the 2014 election, as far as AP is concerned, what matters most is what plans the political parties have for its future development.
In the case of CONmen, it doesn't matter what plans they have. No one will trust them.
YSRC's united AP stance is no longer relevant. Jagan's corruption and the possibility that he will merge with CONs will work against him.
CBN was mature in sticking to his 2 eye policy while the T-bill was being debated. Now that he announced his manifesto with a development agenda for AP (including a significant plan for the agriculture sector), people will feel happy voting for TDP. Coastal voters are pragmatic. They won't sit and cry for long that the state is bifurcated.

By himself probably not corrupt. But opportunist enough, liar and willing to support corrupt. But as Indo mentioned, he can qualify as clean when compared with peers in the political space.
