 The headline is incorrect. The book has  not  been banned, because the Law forbids it OR that it is slanderous to one religion.
His publisher decided to use his own discretion and stop the publication. Now because he has stopped the publication, I presume any other publisher
can publish it.

The book was an English translation of Joe's tamil book. So first another translation of the book will have to be done since the person who translated the book this time has endorsed the stand taken by the publisher.
