The Supreme Court, while expressing concern over ethnic killings in Sri Lanka, has declined to entertain a petition for a Special Investigation Team probe into the role of the Indian Army in the alleged killings of over 40,000 Sri Lankan Tamils in association with the island’s Army during the final phase of the war against the LTTE in May 2009.

KV is lying. No SL Govt or agency said so. Some one filed a Public Interest Litigation to "Look into" allegations of 40,000 killed.

KV is converting an allegation into a fact - by applying his parter Maualana Rashmunullah technique.

If anything Butcher Pirabhakaran killed 40,000 tamils - all children.

Where did I say SL gov said that. After al the petition is Indian army killed 40000 Tamils in association with SL army. You do not file petition in SC unless you think so.

My post clearly says "alleged"
