have to meet peeps in midtown. Can take a subway, but thinking of walking down. Should take me one hour fifteen minutes. The only glitch is the shoes. Am wearing flip flops. But the ones that assuee a work out when walking.

Must lose the gut....must walk the 4 miles... God give me strength.

well, I began walking on Friday. Was too stuffy but I continued, and then it got cool and breezy, and I knew why. By the time I had walked just 1.5 miles, it began pouring. So hopped into the next 2 train and made my way there.

What I did there was to buy individual tix for penn station and some tix for newark penn station, since I don't need a monthly pass this month. Will try this again a couple more nights.

Thanks for alerting me to mugging. It didnt' feel like it the other day, but now that you are cautioning me, I think I would be more careful and maybe look for some 'safer' route.

Nice. try to do it every time you need to go to midtown or other places and if you can take out some time.
