Torrent Power, Cadila Healthcare and infrastructure firm Sadbhav Engineering are the Ahmedabad-headquartered companies that find a place in the list. Not on the list: any Adani group company. "

The author is probably just making a list for stock pickers to think about.
Cbi already made such a list for jagan . just check the names of defendents on each charge sheet.

Jagan's List, as I said earlier, is prepared by cbi. It so happens that it is also the candidate list for ysrc party.
