Yes, and I looked into removing the - button last time I logged in as admin. Ideally I would have liked to have just one button and show it as "Like" or thumbs-up instead of the plus button. But I found that the only way I can do that is by making extensive changes to the look-and-feel of all pages of the forum, which I didn't want to do both because of the amount of work involved, and the ugliness of the other look-and-feel.

In order to prevent abuse of the voting system, each user is restricted to 20 votes per day. Those 20 can be + or - votes. If the voting system is not working for you tomorrow, let me know and I will look into it.

Wait every post should be given ONE vote with no limits. It is like congress restricted on the number of amendments it can vote on any day.
