.......well... at least the BJP and Modi are smart to turn a negative into a positive ....showcases their strategic skills.

If Congress/UPA cannot even run a strategic election campaign, they have no business running a country and its economy.

It looks like India's Election Commission has lost its sheen. They lost that T.N. Sheshan-type reputation for 100% unbiasedness and quicklyy apply the rules across the prince and pauper spectrum. For example, the other day Mamta Banerjee went so far as to say that she would've sent Modi packing from the airport (without letting him enter Calcutta). Not a thing was said or done to discipline her.

She said and did the same thing to Salman Rushdie last year or the year before. She didn't let him enter Calcutta. If I remember right, he landed in the airport and was sent back immediately on the next flight. It's only natural for her to threaten Modi with the same. As for Salman Rushdie, he is too busy criticizing Modi these days, even though he knows full well that under a Modi government, he will have more freedom in India than he ever did under a Congress government.

By now, it's second nature for Modi. He has been successfully converting every negative thing thrown at him for the past 12-14 years. People have still not learnt their lessons and continue to make him the center of attention.
