With the economy down, student fees were raised, faculty hiring froze and salary raises were stopped, But, the salaries of administrators went up every year. This is the equivalent of Wall Street Looting in academics.

But all the listed "unequal" public universities are actually MEGA universities with enrollment of 40,000 +
