Does Modi enjoy immunity?
Does anyone know if the Indian PM enjoys immunity from prosecution? The Zakia Jafry case (in which Modi is accused of being involved in the murder of Zakia's husband and also many other people in their colony) is still being heard by Gujarat High Court and it is probable that the case will go right upto the Supreme Court. What happens if the court declares Modi to be guilty of being involved in the murder(s)?

>>>Not only a PM enjoys immunity but also a governor of a state. That is why Sheila Dixit was made a governor.

Rashmun,
You remind me of a dying man still looking for some miracle God to save him.
For 12 years CONartists have been trying to destroy Modi through all sorts of tricks. What did they achieve - 44 seats in Parliament?
You may be hopeful but even the CONqueen would have given up by now if she had a head on her shoulders. If she really wants to revive CONs, the first thing she should do is to sack her son as the vice-president and show the door to his advisors - Doggy, Ramesh, etc.

AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat High Court here today adjourned the hearing on a plea filed by Zakia Jafri, widow of former Congress MP Ehsaan Jafri, challenging the Ahmedabad Metropolitan Court order upholding SIT's clean chit to Chief Minister Narendra Modi and others in the 2002 riots.
Justice S G Shah kept the hearing on April 11 as the state government sought time to check the voluminous documents annexed in the petition. Additional Advocate General Tushar Mehta who appeared with Government pleader Prakash Jani for the state said, "We need time to go through the voluminous records of the case."...
The petition seeks to make Modi and 59 others accused in charges of criminal conspiracy to commit mass murder, arson, rape and also tampering with evidence and destroying records of the Gujarat Home department. It also alleged that the magistrate has simply accepted the contentions in the closure report with "non-application of mind".
"The magistrate has not established the involvement of chief minister by not considering the phone call contacts between him and co-conspirators," it said. "He (Modi) had failed to take preventive measures and instead supported a bandh, allowed post-mortems of gruesome burnt bodies in the open and allowed the streets of cities and villages to be taken over by rampaging mobs," it said.

AHMEDABAD: The Gujarat High Court today adjourned the hearing on a petition filed by Zakia Jafri, widow of the slain Congress MP Ehsan Jafri, challenging a lower court's order upholding SIT's clean chit to Gujarat Chief Minister Narendra Modi in the 2002 riots.
Justice S G Shah posted the hearing to April 28 after asking the petitioner to provide the translation of the voluminous documents she has submitted.

witnessing your deranged, obsessive behavior over the years, it struck me that you would be the type to have stalked atleast one female in your earlier years to the point where you would have been beaten up quite badly by the family/boyfriend, gone to police station, forced to move to different city etc. are there any stories pertaining to that you can share?

Now that you are making allegations that Rashmun is a stalker , everyone can start referring Rashmun as " the accused stalker Rashmun". Same rules for Modi and Rashmun.

never happened to me. but let me tell u a story in connection with this. Tuppy Glossop once had tomatoes and eggs thrown at him by several people after he started stalking an opera singer. Since you share the characteristics of Tuppy Glossop i would guess something similar must have happened to you.
