Member dynamics using Sholay analogy!

Although I have been somewhat regular member on this forum, I'm not familiar to the member dynamics / politics. Who likes whom? Who are the villians? so on and so forth....can somebody please explain it to me using SHOLAY characters.

For e.g.

- Queen Bee is definitely the GABBAR SINGH (or should I say Gabbar Kaur) of this site.
- Charvaka happens to be Thakur Baldev Singh

Please help me fill these roles

- Samba
- Veeru
- Jay
- Basanti
- Ahmed
- please help me remember more characters.

Having never watched Sholay, I looked up Wikipedia, the ultimate repository of all knowledge for the plot. Here is what I gathered. On this forum, I am the guy with no arms who gets killed in the end by the villain. Not sure if I like that. But fine, be that way.
