Hypocrisy in India

They do caste based census in India. But when it comes to reporting on crime, the Indian newspapers conveniently leave out the caste of the perpetrators. We come to know about the caste only if the criminals have caste based surnames like yadav, reddy etc.
It is important to know what caste the criminal belongs to. The GOI can do something about it. For example, if a yadav applies for a job or admission to college, he should be made to undergo training in women's rights, ethics etc.

Agree. There should be proper "orientation" training as part of high school and college graduation:
Yadav: sexual sensititvity training
TamBrahm: Anti-Sissy training
Mahamad, Achmed: anti terror training (should be at the end of elementary school)
Patel/Motels: Non-financial training
Goundars/Thevars: non-violent techniques
Munde/Pawars: Anti-corruption/anti-racial training
Reddy/Rao (non Bfahmins): anti-corruption training

A real contribution after a long time.
I put this one right next to the caste heirarchy created by prop or dut. (With Syrian christian brahmins at the top).
This list can be made comprehensive with contributions fro others.
