that doesn't seem right. eNN is a general word for numeral. coefficient is not just any numeral, but one that multiplies an algebraic expression.

I suppose he knows what IAS is in Tamizh.
So, if he is posted in a BIMARU state, will he speak in Tamizh, Bihari, Rajastani, Lacknowi, Videhi, Kirkiri..........???

Unless there is another parameter called friction constant, there is no need to split hairs over it.
Since it seems kuNakam is coined for coefficient, lets us use it. I stand corrected.
In general technical terms should be standardized, and once done, it should be consistently used even if another better term is coined.
To sum it all let us say friction coefficient - உராய்வுக் குணகம்

We have consistently stated all IAS officers should be fluent in English and the state language.
All IAS, IPS officers posted in TN should have Tamil proficiency at the Tamil medium high school level and Tamil as language at BA level.

The only problem is he will posted in TN and will serve the MK family and the LTTE infiltrates all his life with limited growth opportunities.
