I am willing to provide links where information is not easily available. 

In this case, Chris mcdaniel is funded by freedomworks, senate conservative fund and other semi secretive funding sources. Freedom works is Koch brothers baby and they also support Senate conservatives fund. These are widely known facts.

Then the brothers have picked the winning candidate. I am not sure the majority of the people of Mississippi voting in the primary would readily back a Yankee funded candidate.
