Novel protest by Hindi pandits

HYDERABAD,


MARCH. 6.

The State Victimised Hindi Pandits Struggle Committee as part of their
on going agitation staged a unique protest by blind-folding themselves
and walking on knees near Indira Park here on Saturday.


The Struggle committee president, N. Manmadha Rao and secretary N.
Manmadhar Rao, in a release said that the Government had been obstinate
towards their 16-day agitation demanding immediate appointment of Hindi
Pandits selected in DSC-2002 and allowing those trained in other States
to appear for the recruitment test and interview of District Selection
Committee.

Let them seek employment in Hindi lands or learn Telugu and become Telugu pandits.affraid
