...has been ordered for my knee. not very happy about it  Crying or Very sad I know I have no business posting about all this here but there is the fear of the obvious that I am dreading to hear and writing about it on an anonymous online forum[actually not so anonymous] helps....please remember me in your prayers.

sooner or later this day's gonna come for me too. I give myself another 5 years before i get atleast one knee replaced.

Don't be afraid. Where is PN when you need her.
Dating/dumping doctors I think.
Many people in the world dance despite knee problems. Gymnasts do their thing. You will be fine.

And be brave. Surgeries can be scary.

Knowing that you danced and did not say anything about limping, legs giving away, excruciating constant pain, unable to stand, bear weight, etc..etc...and assuming you did not fall, slip or have any trauma let us hope that you just have some minor ligament cartilage problem...and no major surgery is needed.

Ib any case, ALWAYS wear a knee brace - ALWAYS for the next 6 months. Oh..no dancing - which puts a LOT of strain on the knee. No jogging, jumping, or Kickboxing.

Do only activities that dont cause pain. If all you can do so is walking then just walk 2 miles each day - 30 min.

Keep "us" posted.
