This guy is Shashi Tharoor's son and still his post is full of glaring mistakes.
J&K Legal accession to India is NOT in dispute. Hence the part of J&K state that belongs to India should be contiguous to India.

The guy conveniently forgot Aksai Chin issue. India has disputes with China in two areas and pretty much the entire border. Off course it was Congress party's PM Nehrus' naivete that resulted in India ceding Aksai Chin with his "Not a blade of grass grows in Aksai Chin" statement.
