Why are separatist leaders from Kashmir being allowed to meet the Pakistan High Commissioner to India by the Modi govt? Is NaMo a donkey?
Btw, should India demand that Baloch separatists in Pakistan be allowed to meet the Indian High Commissioner to Pakistan?

"Is Narendra Modi a donkey"

Hopefully, Pakis won't think of "attacking" Modi using the traditional pieceful method - he can kick so hard that the Paki nuts will be pulverized!!!

we've been hearing that for a while now. while nobody wants deliberate provocation, will be good to see how he is going to be different from prior administrations at an operational level.  hasn't said anything about the chinese incursion which happened again this year. hope his plan doesn't involve sending khaki shorts wearing, lathi wielding, sexy-kneed thathas to fight chinese incursion.

The Indian govt. is monitoring the situation in PakiSatan carefully. The assessment is that the current Paki govt. is no longer in full control and may be toppled soon. So, there is no point in talking to them. The opposition to Paki-diplomat talking to Hurriyat leaders is just a side show, I think.

Let us wait and watch. Modi is no fool. As a CM, he was known to have a strategy before acting.

Why can't those Kashmiri separatists go to Pakistan and talk there with powers that be? Why in India with the Pakistani ambassador? India will be more than happy to issue them passposts to go there.

The problem, it appears, from a separatist perspective is having India issue a passport to them is tantamount to accepting their Indian citizenship, and from a Pakistani perspective it is - stamping visas on their passports is tantamount to accepting Kashmir is not part of Pakistan but a foreign entity (either part of India or a country by itself). It's a good thing that the Indian govt. put an end to this charade.

Hurriyat is no longer popular in Kashmir. Both India and Pakis know this. I think, India thinks that there is no use talking to Sharif since his position is weak. I won't be surprised if the military will soon take over in PakiSatan.

Simply put.. rules of the diplomacy game have to be re-established. It is all about equality in international relations. India always been more accomodative to foreign countries than they are to Indians. Be it pakiSaitan, china, or the US.

Pakis have no business in meeting with anyone in India unless given permission. Been doing that in the past is no excuse, and past Peons are not ruling the countru anymore.

Period. Pakis take a hike... and India should look into the possibility of stripping the MFN status to PakiSaitan within the WTO regime, and start implementing the pakisitani rule: 1 Indian = 10 pakistanis (when it comes to border killing).

i was gonna post on this... well, china has some border issues like Pak and has had a war with us; but china wasn't split from us, china doesn't organize terror attacks on us, and they don't play cricket.
