NEW DELHI: India and Germany on Monday agreed to prepare a road map for cooperation in skill development, solid waste management and cleaning of rivers as visiting foreign minister Frank-Walter Steinmeier met Prime Minister Narendra Modi who described the two nations as "made for each other".

During the meeting here, Steinmeier conveyed Germany's strong desire to work with the new government in India to further expand and deepen bilateral relations.

Modi lauded Germany's remarkable economic resurgence over the past decade, a PMO statement said.

He said India and Germany, which are bound by democratic values, are "made for each other" because of complementary skills and resources to power the next generation of industrial development through partnering in manufacturing and infrastructure development, it said. ...........

Looks like sikularists like Doggy, Pappu, MT and Abhishek Manu Singhvi are asleep. Here is their chance to equate Modi with Hitler and rake dirt at him!

Seriously, Modi is alluding to the real India (before it was brought down by sikular fukularists with their vote-bank and reservations policies) being similar to Germany (in knowledge generation, hard work, innovation and thirst for science and logic).

the sangh parivar has neatly done the balancing job of openly admiring the germans as ' fellow aryans ' ( complete with swastika in their nazi past ) in the hitler era and yet not attracting criticism from jews/israel but instaed being looked upon as natural allies by the jews .

Find out if the Isrealis have diplomatic relations with Germans now, including the exchange of ambassadors between Germany and Israel?
