....The Prime Minister is expected to address the United Nations General Assembly on September 27. The Home Minister said 55 per cent population of the country speaks Hindi while 85 to 90 per cent people in the country understand Hindi even though it is not their mother tongue.

110 out of 125 crore speak hindi.... (just in case Rajnath singh ji is weak in math).

Hope someday you realize that it doesn't matter how hard you try to please your NI masters in Nagpur, you're just another lowly Southie to them. What Rajnath is telling to you is that South Indian population is about 10-15% of total Indian population, same as Muslim population of India. Muslims and South Indians fall under the same category to Chaddis.

Yes, it looks like that is the thinking of Modi and RSS.. Muslims and non Hindians do not matter. But unlike Muslims who are scattered all over India, non Hindians form a majority in their own regions..
