I have been to HP just once. Totally loved the place. And he is right about the people there. So friendly and helpful, and no tempers anywhere. Because of the nature of the roads there, it would be many times that someone or the other would get stuck in narrow turns. I would wait nervously for people to honk or tell others to move faster. No such thing. Everyone waited patiently for it to be cleared, and also helped. That kind of calm rubs off on you with time. Guess people are calmer where life is a bit harder.
