....According to the Imam’s younger brother Tariq Bhukari, the man had jumped about eight queues of devotees when they were kneeling during prayers and poured kerosene on Mr. Bukhari.

This is political stunt. Just for technicality, anyone who wants to set fire to someone have to use Petrol. Use of kerosone - which is hard to st fire to is what the political cadre uses to stage dramas.
