Gov of India will fund the opening and operation of Hindi centres in non-Hindi states to teach Hindi.

Instead of opening Hindi centres in non-Hindi areas, the money is better spent in opening Hindi centres in Hindi states where it seems many Hindians are  illiterate. Because of this illiteracy, many non-Hindi states are sunsidizing Hindi states for the past 6 dedcades. You don't believe me. Former Finance Minister Chidamparam said several years ago that subsidies to Hindi states are bringing down the standard of living of Western and Southern States.

We are not only subsiding these Hindian, we are subsidizing (throgh our taxes) Hindians imposing Hindi on us.

Ever wonder why Indian gov gives more subsidies to wheat purchases than rice purchases? Rice is the staple food of non-Hindi Eastern and Southern India.
