......by complaining to the Election Commission. The common voter in J&K is happy that the Modi govt. quickly punished the soldiers involved in the recent fake encounter. By trying to rake dirt at Modi (like they did in Gujrat for 15 years), CONartists lifted some shit towards a powerful fan. Seems like a brilliant idea from Pappu. Kashmiri voters will appropriately reward CONmen for this.
