lol.. i have issues with memory actually, in weird ways.

Just last night he asked me why I was not finishing up the (gond) laddus in the pantry. I said only methi ones are left and I don't like those. He said there is a non-methi one left too, and he had moved it from another box to this one to save it for me (his mom makes methi ones for him, and non-methi for me). I was stuffed but didn't want a laddu to go bad so I said, 'ok, give it to me'. He mock-repeated my sentence and added, 'do you ever say no?' and got me the laddu. I thought he is just taunting me on my weight, although he usually doesn't.

Then as I dug my teeth into it I remembered. He rarely takes the last serving of anything without asking around. Proven by the fact that he was still rummaging through the pantry to find something sweet. So I took a bite and said, 'it's too sweet for me, I don't want it'. So he took it back and ate it.

So ya, if I was still his "wife", I would have immediately seen through his offering-laddu act and told him to eat it himself. I am usually dense about these things though.

i think you have $10 mil book deal here. you two are showcasing a new (non)marriage model for the youngsters. in NJ, the "common-law spouse" laws are followed - if i am right. so any which way you look at it, you two are "tied up" legally and financially. A good lawyer will rip off your divorce as a legal charade in a court.

Uppili is absolutely correct, why don't you write a book, Trix? People will buy it and read it with interest.
