I'm having a great time here. you can see it differently but it makes very little difference to me, given the state of my mind right now. After my show, it's a different thing :-) i might start my complaints.

Who said that?. Current temperature is 75 and it's been that way for the past month and a half. Usually it gets hotter after Pongal, but this year it has been pleasant till now in the 70s with occasional showers thrown in.

May be it is 75 now. That is bcz of the heavy snow in Mass, and the cold wave is drifting down to Madras.

This was a perennial problem in my house. My dad, grandfather, aunts, and uncles batting for Madras non-stop (how do you think I know so much about Madras from the 1920s), while I diss madras about everything. My hatred against madras is bcz of the way they have ruined that city that I love(d) but CBE and NKL are my unquestioned love.

Actually telugus were never kicked out. In fact, the gults came in droves to make it in the movie world. All you had in Andhra till the 80s were agro lands and Madrasi gults could not have survived had they moved to Andhra. After all, Andhra was on par with Bihar till the 70s.
