The analysis has not suggested any specific covert actions against the LeT, but the researchers said the options included disruption of water or electricity supplies to the terror group’s facilities, and capture or assassination of its operatives. Outlining the options in coercive diplomacy, they said India could threaten to violate the Indus water treaty with Pakistan in response to attacks or launch a diplomatic campaign to isolate Pakistan


Something that I have been advocating for the last 10 years (actually ever since I was born).

NDA govt considered some of these options but were persuaded by International powers (???) because of the delicate situation at that time. Later on those International powers pushed Musharaff to negotiating table. The fact that negotiations did not yield the final results is another story.

The other fact was India does not have the operational capability to carry out the disruptive activities. It never had the tools and refused to develop them even today. Indian intelligence is good at two things. Spying on opposition (which party is ready to break up and who can be bought from opposition in times of crisis) and giving third degree to politically weak suspects.

Our game theory analysis says that US should destroy India as a country and set up individual natural countries (TN, Bangal, Khalistan, Hindia, Kerala etc)
