doing good Kinnera and CD.. changed my career track and did a 180 professionally and location wise. Moved to the West coast. Quit research and went into a totally unrelated track.

just wanted to check because my browser had stored the pwd and I was clearing all the old websites from the pass word manager.

OMG! Wow! what a change! Awesome! Takes a lot of courage to make such changes. Bravo! I hope you don't have any regrets about the change (It would've been well thought out and planned and you prolly followed your heart. So i guess not). You must be out of the cold michigan and basking in the west coast warmth. Good for you. Smile

I am interested in knowing too. Is it disenchantment? Is it the constant need to write up to get grants and the uncertainty associated with it? An uncle of mine who's a research scientist complains about this.
