..... to compete with TDP and TRS for investment funds..... I bet, no one with a head on his shoulders will give the crook any money.....

(KD Rama Rao has become a copy cat - he is obviously worried that TDP will succeed in garnering a lot of investment for AP since the majority of wealthy Telugus in the US are from AP).
