It may be world class but it is only for the outside world as 80% of the Indians can hardly enter these hospitals.

Anything that is world class in India causes much heartburn to Upps Aunty. She's happier with stories of misery, poverty and squalor especially if these there's also some Islamic element to it. The last is optional. Even if it has nothing to do with Muslims, you can trust her to create a link and breastbeat about it.
