Chennai: Indian wicketkeeper-batsman Dinesh Karthik tied the knot with his lady love, ace Indian squash player Dipika Pallikal on Tuesday evening in a Christian ceremony in Chennai. The occasion was very much a closed-door event with close friends and family of the bride and groom taking part.

The cricketer-squash player couple will be getting married again in a Telugu-Naidu style wedding on August 20.

So, Dinesh Karthik is a Telugu too?!

TN has a HUGE Naidu population. They all speak their 16th century telugu - mixed 30 to 40% tamil and English words. The telugus from Andhra feel 'Superior" to these "immigrant" naidus. FYI, Even Karunanidhi, Kani, Stalin are all Telugus - no wonder they are as corrupt as Jagan...Razz
