Very likely... that will galvanize the democrats, left wingers, women, and all other disgruntled non-Tea-Partyers.
There is a very good chance, the economic numbers will give the White something to hang on and claim a turn around, with a threat that any republican prez will take it back to the Bush era.
With that, Obama-Hillary combo will be nearly unbeatable either in debates or in Charisma.

This rumor was more than a year old. It is probably refloated to test the air. The potency of Hillary on ticket is very limited at the present political mindset of american people. Her presence could completely forgotten if economic gloom does not decrease.
