Looks like Jagan and Maran have a future in politics......

.......Looks like voters don't mind corrupt leaders. In Bihar, Laloo (and CONmen) gained seats. BJP (and JDU) lost seats. Does this mean, corrupt Jagan and Maran have a future? Hmm.......

Sir, you are being disingenuous if you suggest that CBN is not corrupt. He is making a killing in Pattiseema project let alone the world-class-all-sponsored-by-singapore andhra capital project.

Caste, Corruption, and Communalism defeat hindus. If Indians continue to resuscitate corrupt politicians, then it will only embolden the family parties and politicians.

Yeah, all the crooks will now talk about defeating Modi (thinking about how much money they lost in the last 18 months). Looks like Laloo has already started to take charge. He may limit Nitish to Bihar and try and become a re-invented national leader. He said that he will concentrate on Varanasi first. Both CONmen and Laloo will try and bring back their ways while sacrificing the image of Nitish as a clean politician. Nitish may be the biggest loser in the end.
The Bihari vs. Bahari debate may actually backfire on Biharis. If Biharis are aversive towards outsiders, how do people of other states feel when Biharis come and work in their neighbourhoods?

That is a well known fact. Caste is far more stronger than hindu religion.
Hindu religion is an aggregation of local religions and regional tribes. Most of these entities evolved over time as regional caste groups within hindu religion. Caste existed before hindu religion. Inter marriage limitation among castes made castes more important than hindu religion. Passion for caste conflict runs much deeper than religious division.

Yes and a definite Y E S. This is what the RSS has been trying to eradicate and unify Hindus. But, their successive Brahmin Sarsangachalaks have not been convincing. They may practice casteism in a very highly covert fashion when it comes to holding on to power, but I have never seen/felt it in RSS offices over the last several decades.
But, it takes more than sincerity - takes perception and belief - to change/break down he caste barrier. It is happening ever so slowly in middle and upper middle class through IT-marriages.
