BTW Apparently China has granted access Pakistani Military access to its Beidou System which has 0.1 Metre Accuracy and can also be used for communications. 

Hopefully India offers IRNSS access to the Armed Forces of Vietnam, Philippines, Thailand etc..

Now terrorists and Political Islamists can allegedly talk to their handlers in Pakistan, potentially using the Beidou system, without relying on Thuraya Satellite Phones.
